Jeff Lerwill was born and raised in the Teton Valley area. Jeff’s had a love for real estate, especially farm and ranch properties since he was born and raised on a farm. I have lived in Eastern Idaho my entire life. I love the area and know it well. I spent 40 years in the auto collision business before retiring and beginning a new career in real estate in 2005. Even though the work is some what different the customer service part of the business remains the same. I have always prided myself in the service that I am able to give my customers. Most of my sales are in the residential area but I am also a part time fly fishing guide on the Henrys Fork and South Forks of the Snake River. I was born and raised in the outdoor lifestyle. My love of outdoors is what brought Myself my wife and my two children to Eastern Idaho. Alan has been in the Development, Construction and Real Estate for 25 years. He has been involved in numerous projects in the Idaho Falls surrounding areas. His experience in new home construction, design and marketing also includes many custom and speculation homes for several local construction companies.

Trever has an Associates Degree in Construction Management from Snow College in Ephraim Utah. He has been in South East Idaho for a few years now. Trever started with Timberhawk Inc as a finish carpenter, was quickly promoted to a supervisor and then promoted again to the Acquisitions Manager. He was given the responsibility to identify and negotiate land deals and projects as we expanded our business outside of the Uintah Basin. He now manages a $17 million project in Rexburg and also heads up the Land Acquisition Division. We are excited to have Trever join our team here at CountryWide Properties and welcome his knowledge and expertise.

Was born and raised in the Upper Valley, and enjoys the beautiful Idaho outdoors. Raised with four brothers Paul grew up playing sports and still to this day loves to participate in any sport he can. He prides himself on hard work, honesty, and watching out for all those he cares about. Paul is just starting his real estate career, but is willing to do what it takes to get you where you want to be, whether it be in the house of your dreams, or helping you get that investment property you have been looking for. I was born in Pocatello and now live in Driggs with my wife Jenny, and our son Grady. I worked as fly fishing guide on area rivers for the past 13 years and still occasionally take some of my returning clients out for a memorable day on the water. I am very knowledgeable about the area rivers and have focused my attention on selling riverfront and recreational properties. I am CountryWides’ only agent that lives in Teton Valley and I am excited about working in the Driggs area and helping CountryWide Properties expand their influence there. When not working or fishing you can find me riding the many great mountain bike trails in Teton Valley, or hiking with my wife and our two dogs. Ryan Lerwill was born and raised in Teton Valley as a farm boy on a beautiful Ranch at the base of the Big Hole Mountains. In 1999, Ryan earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Relations with a minor in Russian Language from Utah State University. From there, Ryan worked for the U.S. State Department stationed in various locations in Russia, truly an exciting job, but Real Estate pulled him home and has become his true passion.

Ryan became a licensed Idaho Real Estate Agent “Realtor” and joined the team at CountryWide Properties in 2000. Ryan has participated in the Fremont County, Madison County, Rexburg City, Teton County, Teton City planning and Zoning on multiple levels for personal development as well as representing various clients. He has acted as President and President’s assistant of the Upper Valley Realtor’s Association for 2003-2005. He has successfully developed several parcels of land into residential and commercial lots, thus his level of experience is not only advisory but true hands on and personal. Ryan personally handled all planning and zoning issues, bridge construction, utility layout and placement, meetings, requirements, layout, marketing, and sales for these projects. Ryan has acted as general contractor and marketer on his own property which has given him a huge level of respect for his client builder/developers as he can truly understand what it takes to accomplish such tasks, asses risk and manage debt; been there – done that.

Currently, Ryan is investing in his own real estate portfolio; he owns and manages multiple rental homes as well as duplex type properties. Ryan has owned and managed commercial property and leased to restaurant and retail type businesses, dealing with many types of lease agreements i.e. “NNN” lease, etc. Also, he actively markets recreational properties such as The Reserve on Fall River as well as Trestle Bridge Ranch and several other properties on and off the rivers.

Recently, Ryan constructed his own personal home on acreage, construction time equated to 12 months. He acted as general contractor and oversaw all construction and development, including construction of bridges, roads, power, telephone, and etc.

I have been in the real estate business for several years. I started selling with Wardley Better Homes & Gardens down in Logan, Utah back in 1995. Since my wife Lisa is from Teton valley, we decided to come to Idaho. We settled in the Rigby area in the fall of 1998, and have enjoyed being closer to family and living amongst the many beauties that Southeast Idaho has to offer. Camping at Bear Lake, riding our horses, and raising Australian Lowline cattle are just some of the things our family likes to do. There is a lot to do around here if you even half-way like the outdoors.

My main reason for making real estate my profession is because I get a lot of personal satisfaction from helping others with one of the biggest transactions they’ll probably undertake. It’s a lot of fun to watch people when they find the right house. They just go nuts. It’s great to be a small part of that.
